10:10 AM Welcome Yoga Celebration Flow led by Nicole Dalton & Erica Ebert

  • We are kicking off the day under the open sky with a high-energy, all-levels flow led by two people who carry the heart of this festival! Founder Nicole Renee Kazimer is stepping onto the festival mat to teach for the very first time, alongside Erica, the teacher who started it all nine years ago. This class is all about connection, community, and the freedom of movement. We’re clearing the space and opening our hearts to a day of adventure. Come exactly as you are, and let’s start this journey together!

11:15 AM Wild & Free Flow led by Brett Richardson

  • Fun, Wild, and Free Flow with Yoga With Brett and DJ Katie BKind. This flow is designed for all levels and will start off with some slow flow movements and breath that will shift into an energetic flow that will bring you all around your mat and drop you into your mind, body, and spirit. A great way to connect with vibey beats and the community around you!

12:00 PM Barefoot Grounding led by Melissa Weber (YogiStoned)

  • This practice invites you to roll the mat up and reconnect directly with the Earth. In Barefoot Grounding with YogiStoned, we’ll slow down, move with intention, and use the support of the natural ground beneath us to cultivate calm, steadiness, and ease. Practicing barefoot on the earth asks for a different kind of awareness; feeling the texture of the grass beneath your feet, stabilizing through uneven ground, and allowing nature to sharpen mindfulness rather than distract from it. Through grounding postures, slow transitions, breath, and connection to the landscape of Letchworth State Park, we’ll explore how direct contact with the earth can nourish the nervous system, restore energy, and create a sense of rooted presence you can carry with you through the rest of the day. No mat. No barrier. Just you, the ground, and the quiet strength that rises when we reconnect to both.

12:45 PM The Untamed Flow led by Josh Zimmerman

  • Step into your power and embrace your authentic nature in The Untamed Flow. This dynamic yoga practice invites you to move beyond limitations, connect with your inner strength, and flow with freedom and intention. Through energizing movement, mindful breathwork, and moments of self-discovery, you'll cultivate confidence, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages you to let go, move boldly, and awaken your untamed spirit.

1:30 PM The Wildflower Warrior led by Bobbi Stokes

  • Wildflower Warrior will be a Buti Yoga experience where fierce strength meets free-spirited movement. This class is all about embracing both sides of yourself: the grounded warrior who shows up powerfully, and the wildflower who moves with freedom, confidence, and soul. Expect high-energy movement, empowering music, deep release, and an atmosphere that invites you to let go, take up space, and reconnect with your inner fire. 

2:20 PM Sky-Bound & Soul led by Chantelle Nicole

  • A grounded, intentional flow that builds from earth to sky. This class meets you exactly where you are, then challenges you to rise. Through breath, movement, and the freedom of open air, you’ll move through sequences designed to unlock tension, open the body, and leave you feeling expansive, clear, and deeply confident. No experience required. Just show up ready to be moved.

  • Backbending, Bhakti, and the Beautiful Danger of Feeling

    Explore Camatkarasana (Wild Thing) as both a heart-opening posture and an invitation to reflect on how we navigate intensity. Through mindful preparation of the shoulders, spine, and breath, you'll build strength and stability as the foundation for deeper expression. Inspired by the mythology of Kali, this workshop blends backbending, reflection, and accessible variations to explore the balance between openness, awareness, and personal power.

12:30 PM – 1:05 PM The Reformery Signature Mat Pilates led by Kelsey, The Reformery (35 minutes)

  • The Reformery's signature athletic mat Pilates class. Designed to inspire, energize, and challenge while encouraging mindfulness and confidence. You can expect a well-paced, full-body pilates-based workout.

1:15 PM – 1:50 PM Fearless Empowerment led by Krysta (35 minutes)

  • Anchored & Aligned: A Somatic Journey to Nervous System Regulation with Fearless Empowerment
    Join Krysta, owner and founder of Fearless Empowerment, for a nourishing and transformative workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner safety. Together, we will explore gentle somatic practices, breathwork, guided visualization, and reflective journaling. Learn how stress and stored emotions can live within the body and how to begin releasing them with compassion, awareness, and grounding by anchoring back into yourself.

2:00 PM – 2:45 PM Symphony of the Forest: Sound Bowls in the Woods led by Brett Richardson (45 minutes)

  • Escape deep into the woods of the park for an immersive sound healing experience. As the wind moves through the trees, the resonance of crystal bowls will wash over you, clearing mental clutter and grounding your energy. This workshop is a meditative journey designed to help you disconnect from the noise and reconnect with the frequency of nature.
