Main Stage Yoga Classes
Feel the energy of the community join together for the opening yoga class of the fest. After, you decide what classes you would like to take part in. Choose your yoga classes from a variety of styles and NYS teachers. All yoga classes will take place outside amongst the gorgeous sceneries of the park.

Love Hiking and Yoga? Hiking brings the best of both activities together. Join in on a Hikyoga® session to explore more of the park and check out incredible views. Class will warm up with yoga, from there we will hike and stop drop and yoga along the trail.

Letchworth State Park, also known as the "Grand Canyon of the East" is a must see park. The park was voted Best in the Nation in 2015 by USA today. Allow yourself the time to soak it all in. The festival day schedule is designed to cater to your likings. If you want to take an hour to yourself to explore the views, take photos and simply enjoy the peaceful area you are more than welcome to.
